Cory McGee and Dani Jones, both representing New Balance and Team Boss under the guidance of coach Joe Bosshard, finished fourth and fifth in the women's 800 meters at the Prickly Pear Invitational at Brophy Prep in Phoenix. McGee clocked 2:02.65 and Jones ran 2:02.99, as five athletes ran under 2:03. It marked the first race for McGee since Aug. 22, when she ran 2:00.16. Jones competed Jan. 31 at the American Track League indoor event in Arkansas, clocking 4:30.56 in the mile.
