Sinclaire Johnson, making her debut for Nike's Bowerman Track Club, won the women's 800 meters in 2:01.70 to achieve the U.S. Olympic Trials standard at the Prickly Pear Invitational at Brophy Prep in Phoenix. Johnson, who hadn't competed since Aug. 22, ran under 2:02 for the first time since 2019 and only the second time in her career.
